The best way to improve educational standards is to use every tool, including the state of the art technology. Computers and the Internet have increased, in which information can be delivered to students today. Today, network technology, provides a valuable opportunity to practice new teaching methods. The teachers find that computers are facilitating learning. Computer communications and telecommunications, it is possible to offer many opportunities for education, so teachers will need to adapt current teaching methods to incorporate this new media in the classroom.

Computers have made a fundamental impact in many industries, providing competitive advantages, which have become crucial for many businesses. Thus, schools should also use technology to improve the educational process. School systems often consider the purchase of a computer network, and to justify its purchase by applying it to routine administrative tasks such as report cards and the accounting classification. Although these tasks are important, they show only a small part of what technology can do for school. The technology must go further than just the continued presence; it must focus on keeping students interested and productive (Peck, Kyle and Denise Dorricot, 1994).

Distance education includes audio and video communication between teachers and students in remote areas. Video conference allows groups to communicate with each other. Desktop videoconferencing promises to bring students together with the geographical and cultural distances, face to face with the help of a computer. Not only the teacher will talk with the students, but students will have the opportunity to interact with each other. This will allow students more interested and fascinated with learning (Johnson et al, 2005).
