Introduction

The project is to automate the Human Resource (HR) functions that are part of the organization. Human resource Information System is a software System that maintains and manages all employee related information and activities on a central location. This enables the organization to access all employee data in real time, making the business system function proficiently. The task in this module is to implement the system in a perfect scenario. For this purpose, it is important to develop and exercise the established system keeping in view the requirements of the organization for which it is implemented. The HR function of any organization requires time management while putting sane people to precise positions at the right time. In earlier modules, we have discussed a number of tools which are critical in gathering, accumulating and storing information in a database (Armstrong, 2006). The database represents all the credentials and current performance of employees in the scenarios. The automation of system carefully enrich the human resource practices and improve the quality of organizational processes.

For the implementation of the system, we will consider two different organizations a bank and a IT software development organization. These institutions are to test the implication and application of the system in different organizational environments. Both of these institutions have different cultures, rituals and human resource practices.

Requirement Analysis

Requirement of human capital will depends upon individual, departmental needs, for this purpose all the departments of an organization should have coordination with the HR department. It is seriously difficult to access all the departments; this requirement is entertained by Software Requirement Specification.
