Abstract

This paper aims to identify the impact of information technology on 'Electronic Computers'. It enhances the decision-making process in the public sector, Education sector, agriculture and manufacturing. Information technology will be a key to undergo this transformation in a systematic procedure or manner. For capturing global and local business world, with distinguished instant essence of productivity, capitalization and benefits in social life. These whole changes and reconstruction in terms of strategies in business that wrap-ups the speed in communications dramatically to grasp the whole output of success. Information technology conquered time and speed and telecommunications which ended-up in the advancement of 'E- Commerce', and binding-up with the world in one family, living in one village-the Universe.. Along with a computer chip became ever-present, virtually everything became smarter and cheaper. It is empowerment as people demand and gets more and more control over every aspect of lives. Acknowledging that E- Commerce is the most important in the world today, it is also acknowledged that E- Commerce in not something that can develop overnight. It gives us some practical suggestions when we want to develop a new system such as Reducing the friction, cost, schedule and functionality, considering computers abilities. Software created the difference of the whole new world of possibilities even new computer language with new management processes.

Introduction

Nowadays, organizations, individuals and the whole society affected by the information and communication revolution, in their thinking manners, doing things, leadership styles of businesses, and even their life style. Information now is available to any user in a wide range; computers, Internet technology, and telecommunications technology play significant roles in this aspect. Thus, the availability of information, from the first side and the availability of technology from the other side (Antonie, 2008). It becomes an impetus for organizations to build its information systems that help them in improving their performance. For example, achieving total quality management, taking rational decisions, and increasing the ability to compete in a globalizing world, and others, require effective management of information by using the available technology. When computers first came into widespread use, some argued they would put millions of out of work. In fact, computers created many millions of jobs and whole new industries. The brainpower of Information Age technologies -robotics, CAD-CAM, CIM, etc, is now and will be in near futures prime revolutionary promise. Biotechnology, DNA research uniting microchip and DNA capabilities to speed to verification of tissues that leading to revelations about the causes of disease also gene splicing genome engineering can have a software application; these bio-materials may offer solutions to many of the problems associated with traditional materials. Already scientists are working on a "biological computer", and "quantum computer", using nano technologies these technologies used to overcome the physical limitations of the materials in use today.
