Personal Project Experience

Introduction

Team projects are always a source of learning. It provides us to learn and identify our abilities and the ways to deal with different types of individuals. It broadens our perspectives and knowledge and allows us to learn different things. Recently, I was involved in a group project which taught me the importance of team building, working together and resolving conflict. Our project was the management of trying to get president Obama re-elected. In this paper, I will discuss the experience I had working in the project.
