Team and team process

Introduction

Team consist of small group of individuals with similar skills that are dedicated to a general purpose, approaches, goals and grasp themselves equally responsible(Pucel, 1997). As we know the team is constructed with the member, different people are combined and might face difficult to adjust themselves in the new environment. For this purpose, the team process was developed by Bruce Tuckman that describes different stages that the majority of the groups pass through to become a team.
