Introduction

Teaching is the most respectable profession in all. There are certain cases that damage the image of this profession. The report is based on the analysis of the mentioned case scenario, where teacher's behavior would be legally questionable because of certain acts that are done by the teachers (Pederson 2007). No child left behind Act of 2001; De jure segregation and Brown II implementation are certain acts that are design for the freedom of teachers.
