(BESD) refers to very complex and multifaceted difficulties faced by young people and more appropriately children. This problem is also referred by two different names; SEBD and EBD. Estimates reveal that around 150,000 children suffer from BESD in different schools (both special and mainstream).
Summary of the Case
The case entails the case of 13 year old Jules who is victimized with BESD and has been experience multiple effects relating to anxiety. The problem has augmented so much that Jules has been socially isolated as well as aggressive.
Difficulties Faced by Jules
Jules is having trouble to adapt to the social norms to abnormal behaviour due to stress. These set of behaviours are pertinacious and often constitute difficulties in learning (Department for Education and Skills, 2001). They may be more than one and may demonstrate themselves in various forms and behaviours which are hard to endure.
The reason of these difficulties ranges from minor social problems to serious personality or psychological issues. There are prospects that these problems may arise from the factors other than school such as negligence from parents, mental or health illness, sensory problems, abuse of any time or psychological traumas.

Repercussions of the Problem
There are several repercussions that are evident in Jules as a result of BESD. He is unable to form trust on people which in turn results in distorted relationships and leaves him alone.
