Introduction

Overall study was on the tablet spiriting now answering the question one by one we will discuss the first question which was why evidence based practice is necessary in nursing is important?

Now firstly one should decide what evidence based nursing is? And why it is important?

Evidence based nursing (EBN) in short is described as , the combination of one of the fine research evidence with the expertise of clinics & with the value of patients health. There are many different models for providing a guideline about how to move for evidence and how to research and how it could take into the account of practice, many people believes to use the ACE model for delivering knowledge on this topic, this models covers 5 parts of the research

1. Discovery of Knowledge 2. How to transform the evidence3. How recommendations can be translated in to practice 4. How this will be implemented in practices and last 5. Its overall evaluation, this model is easy to practice and help more in practice of clinical issue. Overall this evidence based approach have now become very popular in today's' life specially in the field of nursing , if we talk about what exactly nursing evidence is it can be anything like the clinical knowledge , findings from research related to nursing, opinions of expert and others, these all considered as evidence ,but if we talk about specially the nursing based research it practice will helps in better result in the patients outcome in terms of his health ,if we talk about the education of students the evidence based approach requires to be changed , it requires more practice which is relevant to the field of nursing and at the same time one should work closer to the relations of working between the researchers & clinicians, this evidence based approach also helped the nursing occupation to work better with the latest technology and should avoid the old practices which was following for many years, this will also help in reducing time & can also help in reducing the cost factor. Over evidence based nursing approach is now very important in today's life so to help patients in terms of their better care(Martin,2003.

Research Problem

Overall research problem relates to the tablet splitting as a common practice internationally in approximately the overall health care sector ,this was done for the betterment of patients ,especially for children who are sometime face problem in swallowing the whole tablet at a time, secondly there are some more reasons that why this tablet splitting Is done generally because of some times its helps in improving the does ,patients feels more flexible helping him to have the required quantity of doze at different intervals , again this normally happens with the children & old age people who face this type of problem(Haefeli,2006). Third reason may be as the tablet is fragmented it would be easier to deglutition, as different parts of tablets are easier to be swallowed especially again in the ...
