Introduction

Spice is a drug that is said to provide a very strong cannabis-like intoxication. Spice can be of varying composition, and the active ingredients consist of different synthetic cannabinoids. The synthetic Marijuana is a mixture of dried herbs which give an effect similar to that of cannabis. Laboratory studies claimed that in addition to plants, it is also present in tocopherol. It is also known under the trade name K2 or Spice. The synthetic marijuana (spice) is labeled as "unfit for human consumption". The aim of this paper is to spread the knowledge about the harms and affects of Synthetic Marijuana (Spice) among the teenagers and youngsters. Teenagers and youngsters have more inclination towards drugs. The aim of this program is work as Administrator and Advocate for Health Education and to fight against the 'Synthetic Marijuana (Spice)', and to prevent our younger generation from the curse of this drug.

Discussion

The increase in the consumption of spice in the United States is big concern for the institutions that help drug addicts. This synthetic drug is banned in France and has already killed by overdose some of its consumers in England and the Netherlands. The synthetic marijuana known as spice or K2 is a drug created from plants that have been sprayed with chemicals that produce effects similar to those of marijuana. This drug became popular in the United States because it is legal and because they could be purchased at convenience stores, gas stations and by ordering websites, which is marketed under the name of herbal incense (Office of national Drug Control Policy, 2011).

There are side effects that occur in people who smoked spice for a while, senses deteriorates dramatically (reduced sense of smell and visual impairment said 1 in 10 people get) and metal taste often occurs. Abnormally sweaty hands are also one of the side effects that occur among most spice smokers. Other side effects are similar to those of cannabis: dry mouth, euphoria, excessive hunger, paranoia and anxiety. In overdose, person fainting, coughing blood and get nosebleeds. But then, it is still quite uncertain what the drug contains so there are no concrete answers about future side effects (Office of national Drug Control Policy, 2011).

Effect of synthetic marijuana on the human body at the moment has been insufficiently studied. Although their effect on the psyche of the same function of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), there is no reason to be sure that the risks associated with their use, compared with the risks in the use of THC. So, overdose full agonists of marijuana receptors may be more dangerous than an overdose of a partial agonist (which is THC). There have been cases of death in the use of smoking blends (Office of national Drug Control Policy, 2011).
