Explain the originality and living document theories of Supreme Court judicial review.

The Supreme Court is amongst the most important avenues where judicial practices pave way for the purpose and objective of disseminating judicial decisions and amendments regarding the attempts of crimes and criminal violations, otherwise prevalent in the country. To view the kind of efforts that are being put forth, the Supreme Court has the maximum utility and hold upon any and every decision that has been undertaken with reference to paving way for the purpose of promoting sustainability and active participation of the criminal justice system. This includes all decisions coming from personal and professional ends, which could positively impact the running of the system (The Constitution of the United States and Bill of Rights: pp.120).

Now, in order to understand the kind of work that has been done and delivered by the Supreme Court, it is extremely important to understand the judicial review, which covers the major contents of the decisions and the criteria under which all decisions are being made. For a little understanding, the Judicial Review is the doctrine, the document that has decisions and code of any possible crime or misconduct that may take place or occur in a situation. For categorization, the review has been divided into two broad categories; one implies the common law, which signifies the common and unanimously acceptable codes and standards of behavior, which are being patented and coined by the Government. On the other hand, civil law implies case specific problems, concerns, issues and situations that pave way for immediate resolution, elimination or dissolution of any situation or circumstances that may pave way for the purpose of creating harmony and societal justice (Madison, pp.131).
