Customer's complaints can be faced in all sizes and shapes. Complaints can be created by all from product fail to inappropriately skilled or uncaring people. Understanding the main types of customer complaints is linchpin to handling them properly. Sometimes Customers accept goods or services that do not operate acceptably. This general complaint can be griped by fitting the product or changing it with a new one (Hitt, Ireland & Hoskisson, 2011).

There are many products that we use in our daily life and it cannot be sure that we would get the right product with less defects rate. Now I have taken here the product that is hand set the Nokia 2700 classic if we talk its features it is simple but graceful mobile phone. This low-end mobile phone is particularly intended for those people who want to exploit attractive and good mobile phone expenses less bread (Oakland, 2003).

The body structure and design of this phone is very attractive. The glossy body and elegant design is a technique to produce any mobile phone and this Nokia 2700 Classic really achieve these features. Its 2 inches VDT that supports 5-way steering key is a standard interface medium with this mobile phone. The back body is entrenched with a camera hole and Nokia logo attach to the grace. The color deviations are also very fine as you can get this 2700 classic model in Jet Black, Mahogany Red and Frost Gray colors. Nokia classic 2700 has features like FM radio, GPRS and Bluetooth. Nokia classic 2700 was released in July 2009 and now it has more or less spent its profitable life.

Quality issues

Well cleaning-up the problem is the costly; companies cannot produce products with zero defects rate, so same is the case with Nokia classic 2700. It also has some quality and other issues which are as discussed.

Nokia classic 2700 has no hottest features like WI-FI in this mobile phone. The camera is only 2MP with lower the average picture results. Nokia classic 2700 has a good battery timing as it gives 6 hours and more talk times and also 300 hours of standby time but its depends on the usage. Its key pad not as simple as others mobiles have and you will find out the typing problems as well. Problem of camera is also seen, it is not working properly whenever I open it. It shows camera on standby even by pressing the continue button. The other problems are with this phone is limited internal memory, no way Wi-Fi connectivity and warranty.

Corporation can lose money because they fail to avail significant chances to decrease their costs of quality. Companies should classify vital issue and measures contributing to a winning quality cost program execution and formed an empirically stand model for quality costs in the industrialized setting.
