The menu will be multi-regional with different and innovative feature in serving and cooking. We are planning to serve smoked flavor dishes. Beside all these we also have planned not to disclose the sauces that we will use in our food in order to remain competitive. The restraint will have the capacity to accommodate 80 people at a time with best service without any compromise (McKeever, 2010).
Restaurant will have waiters with high quality service, providing service 24 hours a day. The concept is to provide home environment to the customers, giving an environment in which they are free to eat and relax with friends and family. We will provide drive in so that customers don't have any tension regarding their car parking. The managers that we will hire will be more experienced, as he will have more efficient in making decisions. As we are planning to give family environment, so we are not planning to keep alcohol and beers (Abrams, 2009).
