The Constitution is like the holy man, his nature is to save and protect the citizens of the United States those who intend to harm him. Article 3 of the Constitution stipulates the punishment for those who commit treason. But more interesting is how Article 3, Section 3 of the general efforts to limit excessive punishment and to ensure that the punishment is carried out fairly.
