Introduction

The special educational needs are very important for any society and there have been many discussions over this topic but as far as my point of view is concerned, the special educational need are one of the bases of the society and plays a major and key part in the development in the society. In the United Kingdom, there have been many inclusions for the special educational needs due to which the education system for the needed children have become easy.

The idea of inclusion is frequently discussed because it is applied to the Special Educational Needs that is SEN and it is covered in a much broad range. The inclusion in the special educational needs involves the following vital aspects.

Firstly, it includes valuing all students and staff equally. It means that all are equal whether they are students or the staff, all have the same rights and authority so that no one can be victimized and moreover, the education standard for all the students will remain same and every one will get the proper education through the special educational needs. Furthermore, it also includes the involvement of the students that should be increased and their relationship or concerned towards the curriculum, cultures and the communities should also not be reduced. Additionally, the redefining of the policies, cultures and practices in the schools so that they act in response to the multiplicity of the local students. (Booth, and Ainscow, 2000, pp 47-112)

The reduction in the barriers to teaching, participation and learning for all the students not only to those who are impairments and those who are categorized as including the special educational needs. Furthermore, learning is an approach which attempts to come over the hurdles for the participation and the access of specific students to make the changes for the betterment of the students. Next is the viewing and observing the dissimilarity between the students as capital to maintain learning relatively than the tribulations to be solved. Another vital inclusion is the acknowledgment for the right of students to get the best possible education whether they are normal child or the special child in their vicinity. The improvement in the school system for the staff and also for the students so that each and every one does not have the perception of inequality because the equality is one of the vital inclusions in the special educational needs in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, there are also very much emphasis on the functions and the responsibilities of schools, in making the community a developed one through the values and also with the increased achievement through the special educational needs.
