Introduction

In this paper, we will discuss a disease which is called Somnophilia. Somnophilia is a disease which occurs when A sexual preference for unconscious or sleeping people. More detailed information about the symptoms, causes, and treatments of Somnophilia will be discussed in this paper. One of the many paraphilia is Somnophilia which is commonly termed as a 'sleeping princess syndrome' also. It pertains to a condition in which the entire focus of the sexual interest is on interfering; and waking the individual from sleep with such cuddling and embraces which are sexually arousing and erotic (Eric & Hickey, 2006).
