Introduction
Many organizations are working to cerate an effective environment through which they could provide a diversified environment for their workers. Thus, it is necessary to develop training materials on managing diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace. Its overall aim is to increase the capacity of employers' organizations and other associations representing businesses to help them and assist them in creating or improving efforts on these elements in the workplace, so that this would channel the potential of a workplace characterized by diversity and equality between the people(Armstrong, 2005, 135).

Diversity
The diversity consists not only of an element, but the variation and the relative abundance of species so that diversity measures and considers these factors: species richness, which is the number of species and evenness, i.e. to what extent are abundant populations of each species. The diversity is a concept that refers to the difference, variety, and the abundance of different things or the dissimilarity. For example, "The Buenos Aires Zoo has a wide variety of animals," "The variety of dishes to choose from in this restaurant is amazing," "I want a wider variety of shirts to choose the right one for every occasion” (Armstrong, 2003, 7). Diversity is the ability to find what you want in many ways, as I explained the other guy's diversity of products on the market that the price difference makes talking about the economy.
Equity
Equity is a social connotation value is derived from the well understood as equality. It is the eternal pursuit of social justice, which guarantees all persons living and working conditions and equal, without differentiating between them from the social, sexual or gender, among others. Equity seeks to promote the appreciation of people regardless of cultural, social or gender among themselves. The importance of equity takes on special importance from the constant discrimination that different groups of people have been throughout history. A clear example of what is discrimination against women in the workplace and society, which has promoted the creation of different organizations, both governmental and independent; those who take care of situations like this and fight them every day (Campinha, 2003, 239). It also happens that in many countries discriminate against people from other cultures, marginalized from society, dramatically limiting the possibilities to emerge and develop.
No doubt the lack of equity in the world, as examples like those mentioned above is in millions. However, the most valuable thing is that everyone, from their own privacy and everyday implements equity, valuing each person regardless of social or sexual status, culture, appearance, or religion, as all human beings deserve respect and be treated as such, have the right to have access to decent living conditions throughout the spectrum is included.
