Sustainable Architecture and Social Considerations
Abstract
The paper is an account of one of the socioeconomic consideration of sustainable architecture. Significant focus is given o this area in past few years. This social trend is exerting pressure on the architectures and the construction firms to undertake the building projects and procedures which are ecologically sound. Currently, the prices of the raw material of the traditional construction business is high, the repletion of fossil fuels is increasing the prices for the consumers. The social disparities in buying behaviors occur due to the high building and residential prices. Beside, the society is emphasizing the need of social living, all these aspects account for a sustainable strategy in architecture and design. This paper details out the issues and solution of sustainable architecture and its relationship with the socioeconomic environment.

Introduction
People are surrounded by a halo of developments pervaded many things around us such as cars, telecommunications, computers and so on. But the most important thing and most important deal in people's lives are homes. The commercial and residential building requirements are also incorporating the concepts of sustainability and lower carbon foot print. These concerns are forcing the architects to come up with better solutions for the society. However, some of these projects are hindered due to lack of awareness and capital acquisition. It is not only an environmental concern, but is now posing a major socioeconomic challenge because it involves the accommodation, price, and living standards issues. The social aspect of housing is linked to the quality of life of the residents, including gathering places, shops, leisure activities, eateries. Therefore, it is posing paramount environmental and social considerations. This paper discusses the architectural issues and the need for sustainable architecture in improving the socioeconomic condition of the countries. The recommendation for architects and companies are also given that may help achieving a competitive position among the business area whereas, depicting social responsibility at the same time.
