Introduction

The basic purpose of this work is to exhibit modern developments and improvements of the collaborated actions which are exchanged between society and technology. One of the leading mediators between scientific theory and the dynamics of society is the technology product of the application of theory, so its use will be permanent.

Technology and science are no doubt the best things which society can ask for. Science and technology have been in progress after the industrial revolution in the 18th century. Influence of science and technology has boosted up some of the sectors for instance: energy, information communication and physical science etc. It has impacted on society in so many ways, and society has considerably gained with the developments, and innovations of the technology. We are surrounded by technological elements, but many times we are not aware of it, or only become visible only when they pose a danger or raise expectations too innovative. We get the sense that technological change has its own logic (Sheff, 2007). The social sciences have, in fact, contributed little to alter that perception of common sense to focus on the effects of technological change on society, leaving behind the question of the configuration of the technology. From our perspective, some are particularly relevant social factors shapers of technological change.

Many scientists have written about technology are an authoritative approach, as they tend to focus on the effects of technology, the impact of technological change in society.
