The population of France is 59.2 million and the total area is 551,500 km 2. France is the country with the largest area in Europe. It extends from the North Sea to the Mediterranean. The east and south are mountainous, highlighting in the Alps is Mont Blanc (4 810 m), highest peak in Western Europe. Lowland France comprises four river basins, the Seine, the Loire and the Garonne flowing westward. The Rhone, from Lake Geneva flows into the Mediterranean. France has an advanced industrial economy and an efficient farm sector. The main activities are the automotive, aerospace, chemical, pharmaceutical and electronics, information technology and fashion (Carmelo, 2008).

France 3 national organizations: the Communist-dominated CGT, the main, followed by the socialist-dominated CFDT. Moreover there is Christian country organization CFTC. France has Europe's lowest organization level to only 8%. Bond Association, where one of the founders is José Bovet, who also started Attic-France. SOS Racism to combat racism in France. French National Students Union (UNEF) is also organizing among minorities. Corsican National Liberation Movement (FLNC) in particular has conducted armed attacks against French interests; Patriotic Unity there is a small armed independence movement. There are also strong independence movements in a number of French colonies - especially Tahiti and New Caledonia.

Denmark

The land area occupies more than 43,000 km2, equivalent to about Switzerland. The mainland of Denmark on the peninsula of Jutland (Jylland) extends 300km north of the border with Germany, shielding from the storms of the North Sea dunes, lagoons and sandbanks, the eastern plains facing the Baltic Sea and 483 islands, of which 97 are inhabited.

The larger islands are Zealand, where Copenhagen is capital-, Fyn, the twin islands of Lolland-Falster, Bornholm as well as in the Baltic, east of the rest of Denmark to more than 200km.

This fragmentation of the land has resulted in a tremendously long coastline compared to land area: 7.300km of coastline, which is equivalent to one-sixth of the earth's circumference.

Inside, the continental and insular land is equally smooth, green and fertile. The highest point is only 173m above sea level and there are no large rivers, but even if these conditions exist, few sites in Denmark that are flat. The recession of glaciers in the Ice Age left behind numerous rolling hills.

Western Jutland, facing the North Sea, has the wildest stretch of coast with 300km of beaches and sand dunes, windswept. The east coast bays and fjords are typically Scandinavian. The central part of the peninsula is characterized by wetlands, lakes and rolling extensions. Only islands Lolland and Falster, and parts of southern mainland are big skies and open plains.

The population covered in 1735 approximately 718,000 persons. The first census took place in 1769, which were counted 797,584 persons.
