Abstract
The last quarter or the century has seen remarkable changes in the expansion of women into careers formerly closed in them as women's labor force participation has grown dramatically. Early researchers needed to address base questions about access to professional education programs as well as into the careers themselves. A next phase addressed more fully the psychological adjustment of women into less traditional careers. Research into women's managerial careers is of moment also because now there is a cadre of women who have been pursuing managerial careers long enough so the dynamics of career advancement beyond entry levels can be seen. They manage the strain between career and family along with their professional responsibilities.
The problems this research is directed in this research is the involvement of women in the management in the last decades and how it has influenced the process of social security administration. The study undertakes a quantitative research method and applies the SPSS tool in order to assess and study the subject under discussion. At the end of the dissertation, a conclusion is established which summarizes the main points discussed in the entire study so as to assist the reader in forming their opinion.
