Introduction

Most learning theories are based on ideas that genetics direct learning and traits or personalities of persons. Learning theories also create theories regarding traits. Learning theories deal with how persons mature and develop their intelligence, skills, personalities, movement, language, etc. Trait theories are simply directed from learning theories to show how personalities or traits are established (Gill, 2000).
