This section compares UK and India; moreover, it also discuses the reasons why regional disparities exist between the two countries have also been discussed. With regards to this, it can be said that a good life is a fundamental right essential to the exercise of other human rights. Every human being has the right to the highest possible state of health leading to a dignified life. The right to health includes certain components that can be enforced legally (Williams, Richard & Sandler 2007, pp 91). The biological, psychological, socio-cultural and economic interaction media and specific geographic areas reaching influence life status in individuals, families and the general population. Public health is the response of society to protect and promote the health of populations. This aims to achieve the highest levels of physical, mental and social (Institute of Medicine, 2008, pp 80 - 83). It is difficult to determine how much of the relevant information on the issues of the socially and regionally differentiated community is used in other conferences and debates (Williams, Richard & Sandler 2007, pp 91). As a person and professionally committed to the health of all and believes that social justice through human rights is fundamental to achieving this state of health for all. What we mean by public health is that we have to ensure the health of all but if the media access to healthy living by promoting public policies that promotes the environment necessary to achieve this goal (Escarce 2007, pp. 1). However, proper health facilities are provided to the people in UK, but in India the people do not get proper health facilities because of which social disparities occur.

In relation to the determinant of social exclusion, the social and regional disparities mostly ignore the diversity of the population. Social exclusion describes the structures and dynamic process of inequity between groups in society refers to the inability of certain groups to participate fully in civic life due to structural inequities of access to social resources, economic, political and cultural (Shankle 2006, pp 78). These inequities arise from oppression related to race, social class, gender, disability, sexual orientation, immigrant status and religion. These groups include people of various ethnic groups, immigrants and refugees, people with disabilities, single parents, children, women living in disadvantaged older people and careers not employed (McGee 2001, pp 102).
