Abstract

Research on the development of snack foodlikes and dislikes from childhood to adolescence is limited. We enquired both the stability and the change in liking and rank-order admiration (i.e., liking one food more than others; for demonstration, “I like sweets more than cookies”) of snack foods. Liking of 10 palatable snack food was considered biennially.
