Abstract

In this study we are focusing on the smart building, the usage of these buildings and the consumption of the energy that is promoting in increasing the cost but renewable sources is the only way that could cut cost.

Introduction

Buildings are a basic part of the needs our daily lives. We cannot survive without it, it is making our lives easier as we play, live, and work in it. In addition, a trend is situated of living in the buildings, since there are a very people and communities that prefer living in the natural environment. But since the people are preferring to live in different habitats rather then that natural one, the challenges for the industry of construction is increasing day by since they will have to find newer ways to adjust a large number of population sustainably, effectively and efficiently

Problem statement

The problem is that there are many new technologies and scientific ways that have improved the farming procedures by which they are capable of providing a large number of people with resources and lowering the interests of people in the natural habitat.

Thesis statement

The constructions of these buildings have to face many challenges like indoor comfort, focus on human factors and climate change.

Aims and Objectives

There are many aims and objectives that lie under this construction. And the construction industry have to improve their focus day by day and find newer and improved ways of accommodating a large number of population in these areas, that would fulfil all the needs of these individuals keeping in mind the safety factor and also fulfilling the environmental needs. According to the studies the percentage of population that are prefer living in the buildings is rising from 29% to 50% and there is a lot of increase expected in this ration by the year 2030. The construction companies have to focus on the materials that they are using to build these buildings so that they can be effective for long term period and the natural factors can't cause trouble to the people living in it.

Hypothesis

As the concept of building is increasing in the individuals, the buildings are also developing and with the new improvement these building systems are including electronic sensors, computerised networks in order to control and maintain the functioning of the building such as lighting and mechanical system. This system is convincing more people to prefer living in buildings.

Literature Review

Are these buildings smarter? By looking at the improvements that the construction companies are making while constructing these buildings and also observing the mechanical and electrical system of the building it is seen that these buildings are way smarter than humans, because a lot of computerized techniques are used in these building that monitor and control the whole network and operations of the building and a team of engineers are hired in the designing and development of these buildings that is not easy for the people living in the building to control any ...
