Lean

Lean is a method for systematic improvement of processes. Lean Management is used to improve flow, and Six Sigma to eliminate defects, are the only appropriate response to the current crisis. Its aim is to improve the best process performance by exploiting the methods, techniques and practices already available. Lean impact all levels of the company and requires full cooperation at all levels the idea of lean management is to maximize sustainable value chain. Lean Management is closely linked to the strategic approach to the medium and long term (Bicheno, 2009).
