Q- How should the highest court of the federal government interpret the law and the US Constitution? By using strict or loose construction?

Ans. Federal power playes a great role in devising and implementing legislation., however the Supreme Court strengthens the federal. Justice Scalia believes in adhering to the same "original intent" to which the framers wrote the Constitution. I do not believe that this can be achieved and should not be attempted; because the United States are incredibly different then they were 217 years ago. (Hieronimus Pp. 16)
