Many people argue that this profession can never stop, as all the efforts made since thousands of years have never produced a positive outcome. Many countries have already given up on this struggle and have legalized prostitution. Legalization of prostitution all over the world had led to many serious and time consuming debates but there has never been a final outcome.

On the contrary many people argue that legalizing prostitution would solve several problems for example protection for various diseases, cleanliness of streets and safer working environment for prostitutes (Naomi, 1991).

Due to welfare cuts and poverty many women are forced to choose such profession as they have diminished employment options. This forces them to resort to sex work to meet their and their family's basic needs. Surprisingly, women today in this profession are younger and it is argued that the major reason behind the young aged women in prostitution is because they fear to sleep on the streets or want to continue their education. Considering the extreme conditions of exploitation in the sex industry, those distinctions are nothing but abstractions that make for good academic debates. They are, however, meaningless to women under the control of pimps or traffickers. It makes the buying and selling of women acceptable to men who previously considered such activities against good morals and ethics. It is quite certain to say that if the legal barriers are falling so are the social and ethical barriers (Bryson, 1999). The legalization of all legal reforms should aim to stop these perpetrators and profiteers. When men use women in prostitution, they are expressing a pure hatred for the female body. It is as pure as anything on this earth ever is or ever has been. It is a contempt so deep that a whole human life is reduced to a few sexual orifices, and men can do anything men wants (Walter, 2010).
