In this paper, I'd like to discover two distinct perspectives on shared vision. The first is the explicit notion of shared vision that focuses on apprehending, broadcasting, and reconciling our goals and our procedures for accomplishing those goals. The second viewpoint is that all associations have an implicitly shared vision, which manifests itself as what is most often mentioned to as the business culture. In supplement, this implicit shared vision leverages, at an important grade, how we organize our projects (Barker 2003).
