Some parents are against that sex education at school level but it should focus on the positive aspects of these programs rather than its negative aspects.

Introduction

Many teenagers are unaware about the sexual problems and sexual intercourses and they don't find comfortable in asking from their parents or elder siblings, then they ask from their fellows and see different movies which are related to sex and its issues. This creates more problem for them as they have different misconceptions about it resulting in teenage pregnancy and sexual disease, there should be a proper program at school level who will guide these teenagers in the sexual problems.

Sex education can be define as the education that should be given to the students about human sexual composition, reproduction, sexual intercourse, reproductive health, emotional associations, reproductive responsibilities, self-restraint, and many other sides of sexual behavior. The need for giving the sexual education at school level to the students is that many teens get pregnant because of misunderstandings about sex. And they don't know the actual realities of sex and by believing on the rumors they end up by getting pregnant or making someone an unwanted mother, this topic is one of extreme significance for the entire society as there are a number of important factors that need to be taken into account. The children usually have weak bounding with their parents that restricts them to talk about this issue with them or many parents don't get time to educate their children on this sensitive issue ,this is also the reason why this education at school level is very important. They require education and information that how to combat teenage pregnancy and STDs. (Kahn, 16)

According to the latest statistics it is found that over 1,700 teen between the age of 15 to 19 years old who attended the sex education program at their school were 60 % less expected to have been pregnant in Canada due to more sex education programs in the schools being conducted resulted in declining of teen pregnancy rates and STD's rates. The statistic shows that the direct relation of crime and poverty is with those children who are raised by teenage parents the reason is that they don't have capability to take responsibility of children at their young age. Male teenagers who attended sex education programs in school were 71 percent less likely and in female teens 59 percent less likely to have sex before age 15. Men around 2.77 times more rely upon birth control when they had sex. By 91 percent the risk from sex has been reduced by taking these classes in African-American females.
