ABSTRACT
The issue of security of supply energy arises more and more. The natural gas consumers can rely on their distributors. The study aims to get an insight into the security in natural gas supply. It also examines the risk issues associated with the supply of natural gas and energy policies. This study is specifically based on natural gas. Keeping in view the previous studies over the impact and effects of the taking into account the prior researches; this research sheds even more light over the main topic that is related to the kind mentioned above. For carrying out this research qualitative method for research will be taken into consideration.

CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
1.1 Project Title
Security of supply in natural gas network and exploring the nature of off shoring and back shoring decisions.
1.2 Outline of the Study
This study aims to address the Security of supply in natural gas network and exploring the nature of off shoring and back shoring decisions. This study will specifically address the topic using global natural market. This analysis will incorporate general as well as specific issues and mechanisms that are formulated for better supply of natural gas and gas transportation and storage services, operation, and economic value.
1.3 Background of the Research
Natural gas has always been considered the most advantageous fuel for electricity production in the European Union (EU), which is why this energy source is becoming increasingly important within the range of available fuels. Europe is in a relatively favourable position as regards the supply of gas, as it possesses important reserves of its own and between 70 and 80% of world reserves is within the economic environment of European market. In the new gas market will have a single agent to ensure security of supply. Therefore, this responsibility cannot be left solely in the hands of industry as itself dependent on external supplies.
