The life of a leader who is spiritual is a lot more than practicing spirituality, and attending the church regularly. The life of a spiritual leader is not just like that of a faithful Christian when he is being watched, but he is the one who acts in an orderly manner even when he is alone. This because he has complete faith in God and he knows that God is watching him at all times. Therefore, he makes sure that his actions do not disappoint God. This is the reason why a divine leader has transforming power. It is because of a spiritual leader's priorities towards God that God loves such people. The heart of the spiritual leader is more than a leader and a human expert. Spiritual leadership refers to heart shaping which means that he is both divine and can also perform human activities (Blackaby & Richard 60). There are six principal arenas on the basis of which heart shaping of a spiritual leader takes place. The six subplots are:
1.Culture
2.Call
3.Community
4.Communion
5. Conflict
6.Commonplace

Moreover, she took all these principles to heart and practiced them very well. In this way, Ruth also served as an individual who served as a prominent leader. Ruth is a shortened version of 'retut', which means lovely friend (Sanders 50).
Ruth's Culture
Culture is the first subplot that consists of environmental influences in the life of a spiritual leader. After Ruth converted to Judaism, she also embraces the people of Naomi as well as the land and culture. She is therefore the perfect example of a believer who truly believes in the Creator. In the world of Israelites, there was a separation between the Israelites and non-Israelites. Cultural as well as racial boundaries are transcending since the aim was to unite the human race. This has also been presented in the Jewish liturgies of the Day of Atonement. Ruth embraced the religion and the aims of unity are to develop unity under God. Ruth can additionally be associated with love and kindness. She served as the best model for which the word “loving-kindness” has been formed. In Hebrew this is known as “hesed”. This therefore, promotes the well-being of the other people. Ruth wanted to stay with her mother-in-law and she showed a lot of affection towards her. Integrity is also associated with Ruth since she maintains the virtue and the way of living. Ruth was from Moab and she married a ...
