Introduction

A research shows that the strong relationship has shown that effective communication is one of the essential elements for a healthy life. To ensure that the students have various and adequate types of academic opportunities to develop, learn and bring the desired results, the mentors often involve in curricular mapping. According to diverse sources, almost 20 years ago medical history taking and physical assessments were performed by physicians only. Since that time, nurse practitioners routinely perform these tasks with high levels of skill and accuracy.

All students must be able to communicate effectively, concisely and correctly in writing, orally, visually, with diverse audiences using a wide range of media within the practice setting (Fairbrother, Jones, Rivas, 2010, 59-66). Communication includes sharing effective knowledge and expertise in a variety of situations (at peers, the public and policy makers). An outstanding mentor should have the idea what skills their students possess and what needs to be improved in them. In addition, students may already be equipped with the knowledge transferred into the practice setting. In this scenario, the mentors must amend the knowledge transferred into the practice setting.

Discussion

As the only country with a clear and enforceable minimum nurse-to-patient ratio guiding hospital staffing decisions, UK may provide valuable information for policy makers considering the appropriate nurse staffing policy design for other states. Physical assessment skills are important insofar as they support the nursing process, and that skills that enable the nurses to understand the client and to intervene appropriately enhance the relationship between nurse and client. Assessment for learning is the process of seeking and interpreting evidence for use by learners and their mentors to decide where the learners are in their learning, where they need to go and how best to get there. Assessment in education refers to any of the many ways in which someone seeks to gain evidence to help them to measure or to make judgments about the quality, quantity or level of a students learning.

Comparing the changes in staffing in the United Kingdom, to other countries and the nation as a whole is necessary to determine the effect on staffing attributable to the state's law (Burgess, 2007, 49-56). Selection of nursing as a career has long been motivated by the desire to care for patients in an altruistic and unselfish manner.
