Introduction

This paper intends to analyze the case of 1994, Hook v. McLaughlin. The major focus of this paper is to examine the relationship between a pharmacist and a patient. Thus, for this purpose Hook v. McLaughlin case shall be discussed. In addition to this, the paper attempts to answer the given six questions regarding the above mentioned case.
