Overview

Any decision that a person makes, either for a business transaction or personal, has some elements of risk attached to it. Any sort of decision that a person has to make usually has pros and cons attached to it and after considering and comparing the pros to the cons, a person decides if the decision is worth making or not (Rescher, 1983). In this paper, we discuss the risks that a person has to consider when deciding to shift houses and move to a different locality.
