Introduction and Background

Providing modern and state of the art facilities is the main aim of every government. Similarly the aim of the United Arab Emirates' government is to make sure that the society of the country gets the appropriate services. For this the country has undertaken the project of Refurbishment of Al Wathba Prison Facility. For this, it has hired a couple of companies who can assist in providing the best services to the country and its people. Orient House Co. is the main contractor that the government has assigned for this project and Secure Project Management (SPM) is the project manager. These two companies have experience is managing and handling such projects and are also in a position to manage this project in a manner that will help it to provide the best services to the countrymen.

External works such as roads, walkways are also included in this project. The total area that is required for this project is 13,484 m2 and the total cost of this project is approximately 62,000,000 AED.
