According to the Reich argument giant organizations has gone global. They have crossed their boundaries. These organizations hired employees to do difficult task from all over the world. These organizations exports to all over the world. These organizations are not focusing on country's nation and their standard of living. He argued that customary blue collar worker who is unskilled or semi skilled than other county's worker is disappearing. All the unskilled production and labor jobs are moving towards the South Asian Countries, Latin American Countries and places where inexpensive labor is available than America and Canada.

A middle class person working for 30 or 40 years could never win or reach $ 3 million in lifetime. It sounds a bit depressing to many people, but numbers are numbers and that is the sad reality that we have to admit. Worst of all is that the individual expected to rest at retirement, but a number of diseases have visited it and devour every penny he could save for that moment. Most of us live a similar picture, but it could be little different.
