Introduction

The resource mobilization theory showed a substitute view towards the observation of any social movements. The review of this theory tracks the upcoming and emerging issues and statements that were created by this viewpoint. A multipurpose view of the formation of social movement is innovative, organized and more resourceful to the basic views. The theory that was put forward by Zald McCarthy in the year 1973 about business mobilization is mainly assessed as a view of the social movements that occurred in the time of 1960 to 70s. In this aspect the Olson theory of collective action (1968) is also been put forward.
