Abstract\
The paper aims to explain and discuss the implementation of corporate social responsibility practices in the firms. The topic is how the firms implement CSR practices. The research questions focus on the topic and aim to find out what is CSR, what are its practices and how it is implemented? Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or corporate responsibility is corporate governance, corporate citizenship and sustainability. It provides a balanced consideration of social, ethical, financial and environmental requirements in business activities. Very little research has been conducted in this field where corporate social responsibility has been described with the application of evidence-based management. The CSR concept can incorporate human rights, anticorruption measures, the environment, working conditions and activities within communities through partnerships with civil society organizations. The research questions are important to fulfill the research. The answers to the questions will be found out by the secondary search. This approach is useful to know which companies implemented CSR practices and how they implemented it.

Introduction
This research proposal is about the corporate social responsibility practised in the companies. The proposed research project revolves around the CSR practices in the firms. This topic is important because for an increasing number of global and multinational corporations, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become an important aspect of conducting business. Despite the continuing debate about its meaning and despite the ongoing criticism of CSR as being enacted purely for self-interest, businesses are increasingly adopting CSR practices (Stainer 2002, 36). CSR directly affects the operations of the organization. CSR affects the operations and running of the organization. It affects the flow of work. CSR is a framework encircling all the heads of the organization, i.e. social, political, financial, ethical and environmental aspects. Therefore, CSR affects the organization directly. CSR should be implemented within a company step to step. This would help organization avoid any problem in the flow of its work and activities (Piga 2002, 13).
