Proposed Title: Effects next term of adolescent manic symptoms on agreement between previous term youth, next term parent, and teacher ratings of behavior problems

Purpose/Intended Audience: Patients with a diagnosed or suspected pervasive developmental previous term disorder, next term a psychiatric previous term disorder next term due to a general medical condition, or evidence of mental retardation

Major questions you hope to answer: If any, there was any diagnostic uncertainty, or if the family elected to enroll in an available treatment protocol, a child and adolescent psychiatrist subsequently interviewed the subject and the subject's family.
