Introduction

In order to achieve effective staff development, whereas minimizing the cost of staff development, Green Valley School is in need to explore which in-service staff development methods are most appropriate to skills development. Main objective is to focus on in-service training that has maximum impact in enhancing the capability and performance of teachers. Green Valley School District is also providing a wide variety of seminars and classes in addition to the mentoring program.
