Every human being is bound to make moral choices regularly; however, few things are assumed to be wrong in every culture. Lenn Goodman's argument that few things are simply wrong will be assessed from several aspects of mortality and relativism in this paper.

Introduction

This paper intends to discuss the relativism and mortality from the viewpoint of Lenn Goodman. Lenn Goodman suggests that there are certain things that are simply wrong. The challenges Goodman presents to relativism will be explored along with the provision of various examples. Moreover, the significance of universal moral requirements will be determined. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the concepts of relativism and mortality in the light of Lenn Goodman's argument.

Lenn Goodman is most famous for writing of 'Some Moral Minima' in which the author suggests that few things are simply wrong in relation with the various perspectives of mortality and relativism. I believe human beings are bound to make moral choices daily in their routine lives. Similarly, every culture provides various aspects of assessing morality on the scales of right or wrong in the light of ethics. The argument of Lenn Goodman that few things are simply wrong proves to be a sound one. Agreeing with Lenn Goodman on the wrongness of certain deeds does not make me agree to the viewpoint that there is only one ethics prevailing which is correct.

Finding universal moral requirements in order to establish an agreement which is multiethnic in nature is ought to be a difficult task.
