Reflective Summary Two

This paper presents reflection about the case of BIAS involving an elderly volunteer. Subject of the case is an 87 year old man. The old person is independent and is in good health condition. However, risk of volunteering in the BIAS elders day care centre was still considered to be high for him. My role in the situation was to arrange a home visit to him to determine how organization could help him by assessing his needs.
