Personal Philosophy/View/Goals

EDU 705 Humber Colleges

Different people have different philosophies. My personal philosophy is that to ensure a successful educational experience, we have to know to admit the grandness and importance of social interaction between teachers and students as well as their interdependent roles.

A receptive environment may develop feasible and comfortable feelings for a student, even when his teacher is present in his surrounding and effective communication should be provided to increase the skills and abilities of the student. Student should know that his teacher is always available to consider him and to sort out with his problems. Some of my honorable teachers who posses these leading qualities and my teachers always gave us the best opportunity to learn in our class environment, but some of my teachers were very typical and unlike this way to communicate lecture. This view is that philosophy is insight independent of culture or epoch). My personal belief that every student has some potency, caliber and unique qualities, and the target of education is to assist and to support students, in order to recognize and build students' capabilities. Educational institutes are the place where students come to learn and to make their ...
