Dear recipient,

This letter intends to exhibit my strong recommendation for Dr. Shubbing Lee's application requesting an issuing of an EB1 green card for him. We have collaborated while carrying out different research studies in Computational Mathematics and Mathematics Physics. I am a professor in Mathematics, teaching at University of Science and Technology of China for the last 10 years.

I earned my BS and MS Degrees in Mathematics from the University of Wayne in 1985 and earned my PhD in Applied Mathematics in 1989. My field of research has equipped with skills and abilities to design algorithmic models which have been extensively employed by various Chinese companies involved in statistical modeling. My field of expertise also enabled me to develop data mining patterns analyzing software, which are being sold at commercial level. One of the most noteworthy contributions is implementing statistical models to create a Statistical regression analysis; X-Y-Z analytical tool pack. This software is not only widely used in universities but is also employed at Achlee Coprations, which is one of the most prestigious insurance corporations in China.

Other than expertise in statistical inference, I have also been actively involved in writing books, essays, and research papers. I have written over 10 textbooks on various subjects including introductory applied Mathematics, social network theory, neural networks, stochastic processes, use of statistics in financial markets, derivative pricing methods, and hedging strategies. Besides textbooks, many of my essays and papers have been published during the last 18 years. The most acclaimed ones are Boundary Value's Generalized Solutions For Functional Differentiation, published in the Mathematics Alumni of Beijing in 2000, Covering Radii and Diameters of Alexandrov Spaces, published in The Analysis of Geometry in 1998, and How to Measure Predictive Model in Real Time, published in Mathematical Science Research Journal in 2005. These research papers have been read at various conferences held in China, Russia, USA, and Japan. Before joining the university as a full time faculty member, I was employed by LAGO Engineering, Wayne, Achlee Corporation, (China), and Prenominta Ltd (China), which are multi-divisional businesses involved in insurance, financial trading, and engineering consultancy.
