Introduction

Recruitment can be defined as a set of procedures used to attract a sufficient number of suitable candidates for a specific position in a particular organization (Bratton, Gold, 2003). It is basically an information system, through which, the organization disseminates market and offers human resources employment opportunities are to be filled (Bratton, Gold, 2003). The recruitment process begins with the search for candidates and ends when receiving applications for employment (Bratton, Gold, 2003). This process can acquire a set of job applicants. After taking the essential recruitment steps, the organization then selects the suitable candidate for the job. Once the candidate has been selected for the job, he is then trained for the job and inducted into the job position (Bratton, Gold, 2003).

Calendars, benchmarks and logistics will be finalized.

Forms and systems will be revised for the month of October/January, including things like a plan for work, forms, templates.

The results of the interview will be disclosed, after complete assessment of the candidate, and the selected candidate will then be contacted and called for job offer meeting.

The candidate will then be made an offer regarding the package in the job offer meeting.

If the candidate accepts the job offer, he will then be asked to have his medical tests and submit the reports.

After receiving reports of the medical test, the candidate will also be given the appointment letter on the same day, detailing his package and the date of his joining.
