The culture is said to be rewarding because it provides order, direction and governance of all solutions to human problems by providing proven methods to meet the psychological needs, personal and social. The culture is still valid if it meets individuals who share it. In order to fulfill the role of gratification of needs, culture must evolve if it is to work for the best interests of society. The culture is an integral synthetic or social environment, allows a person in a broad sense, i.e., society, to meet his total needs. Culture solves problems of man and society, which arise as a result of human and social existence. Understanding the relationship needs of society and the problems that arise in the satisfaction and culture as an instrument of the highest level to meet the needs we have to show the connection between its elements, to see once again the relationship between cause and effect. The people, environment and social projects or practices are part of a culture, but there are other aspects that help extend the concept of society and the most interesting and has achieved that communication is constantly developing new information age that is, the technology achieved in mass production, from a primitive society with simple hunter specialized technology very few artifacts, to a modern society with complex technology, many devices virtually all specialties.
