Question 1: What factors contribute to your decision to enter graduate school now?
There are a number of factors that contributed to my application to graduate school. The first factor is the recession. The recession has terminated many jobs in the marketplace. Those with limited skills can only go so far in the world of business. To advance in this marketplace, one must be well knowledge in business, communications and ethics. Being a college graduate is simply not enough. I have been an entrepreneur for the past seven years and I have been quite successful thus far. Getting a Masters Degree will propel me forward and will provide me the necessary skills and contacts in moving forward in the community as well in the corporate world. Organizations have trimmed jobs for less skilled workers.
I needed to break away from the consistent pattern of non-successes. I have a ton of sales experience, but no corporate experience. If I am going to succeed in the new economy of service related industries, I must be well prepared with the right education. The second reason is economics. There are currently 27% college graduate students, 10% of graduate students and less than 2% PH.D. With each advance of graduate level, a person's income doubles in size. The third reason is growth. We have raised the initial $20,000 off of one sales pitch, with a deeper understanding in the world of technology, we now have a clear understanding of which we are and how we will grow. Obtaining a graduate degree in communication is an absolute necessity, if I am destined to be successful. This degree is the final component of my rebirth in understanding the new business model of the 21st century. Having this degree will also provide me a stronger and more rewarding career in the corporate world.

In your response, identify how this program suits your specific needs, goals, interests, etc. and how organizational or multicultural communication studies connect with your future objectives.
Human beings are the most fascinating creatures. We are the most intelligent and creative beings alive. Statistics shows that less than 5% of the world population does not know how to communicate effectively with each other. Obtaining a graduate degree in organizational and multicultural communication will be the completion of my first goal, which is to refine and hone my orator skills for various sales and marketing opportunities. My job currently in our corporation is to build and establish a department that is dedicated in creating, building and establishing our core brand in regional marketplaces.
Establishing a strong communications channel with our business partners is essential and since there are tons of differences with each organizational, obtaining this degree will enable me to have a strong path to success. In response to this defence, my job entitles me to have a strong verbal and communications background. Having this degree will allow me to foster several ...
