Sample Design

The overall sampling strategy for the qualitative study called for consulting twelve enterprises at each of the five distinct sites. In the majority of enterprises, we consulted the head of enterprises and one manager. However, in alignment to obtain information about enterprises with distinct departments, we also encompassed one IT department in each sampling stratum that only had workers less than 35 years, accomplishing only one adult interview for that enterprise. The total sample goal was approximately 100 meetings from 60 enterprises. The mechanisms of district leverage may vary in distinct kinds of settings.
