Purpose Statement for to apply for a RN residency program

1. Why do you want to participate in the New RN Residency Program?

As I have spent the preceding two years in nursing school, spending numerous hours studying as well as preparing so that I might deliver the best care that I can to my patients as a graduate nurse, I have come to know that there is a large amount to nursing, that I could by no means be prepared enough.
