SUNRISE, Inc hopes to enter the global market by introducing its Terra Block machines in the country of Sri Lanka. Known as the center of South Asia, this country was one of the countries devastated by the recent tsunami. Terra Block machine can play an important role in restoring the damaged infrastructure in the villages of the community who have suffered the most. Long-term, SUNRISE-SUNRISE hopes to take advantage of regional significance in Sri Lanka to distribute this product in other countries of Southeast and Southwest Asia below.

To be effective, public relations professionals must understand the business goals of their organization and be able to link the PR-goals to achieve business goals, providing PR-goals are realistic and measurable. PR professional must have an assessment program in place to assess the effectiveness of programs or campaigns.

Purposes of any PR campaign are to support the business goals of the organization associated with the campaign. Mitchell Friedman suggests the possibility that PR-goal can be regarded as common and mild, if these goals in general terms. Thus, the organization's objectives should be specific. He further states, "the goal is an important milestone to measure progress in achieving the goal," and further states that "a milestone should be absolutely clear in its intent and is easy to measure" (Friedman, 2001, 5).

In the case of purpose, wanting (or just something to call the target) will not make it so. The goal should 1) specify the desired result, 2) to directly specify one or more target audiences, 3) be measurable, both conceptually and practically, and 4) refer to the "ends", not "mean" and 5) include terms in which aims to be achieved (Anderson and Hadley, 1999, 12).

SUNRISE, Inc 'S business objectives for the machine Terra Block, to get support, increase sales and increase market share. Identifying specific problem PR for each of these business objectives will be as follows, 1) be supported by officials of the Government of Sri Lanka, as well as builders and community leaders in the next six months, and 2) to increase sales to 100 units in month, becoming the brand of choice for builders and other end users within a year, and 3) increasing market share through expansion into Southeast and Southwest Asia following geographical regions within three years.

SUNRISE, Inc must define its own public before it can develop a plan to include communications in the marketing strategy. Advertising, advertising and promotion will help draw attention and create an image of energy and excitement, which bring a product company and its customers in the area.

In Sri Lanka, there is a particular need for low-cost housing, particularly in the areas affected by the tsunami devastation. SUNRISE, Inc needs customized PR programs that coordinate the activities of the PR marketing, sales, advertising and promotional campaigns. This process will contribute to the development of relevant topics, and their integration into the public.
